Brushing machine

Automatic machine to perform washing operations with a water pressure of 3atm and brush grit tiles.

Main technical features:

  • N°1 Frame made of section bars and thick sheets joined by welds
  • N°2 Sets of brushes, each consisting of one head, supporting 3 interchangeable nylon brushes. The sets are driven by a ratio-motor with a 1.5 kW electric motor
  • N°1 Drawing system consisting of 3 V belts and polizene guides
  • N°1 Ratio-motor with a 2.2 kW electric motor to draw the belts
  • N°1 Fan driven by a 1.1 kW electric motor
