Planetary mixer

Main technical features:

  • N°1 Cylindrical tank with a capacity of 250 litres (150 litres for mod. MP150 – 375 litres for mod. MP375) in thick sheet with internal walls coated with interchangeable sectors in wear-resistant steel
  • N°3 Interchangeable mixing blades in wear resistant steel, shrunk at 120° on a single support that rotates around its axes and revolves around the
    centre of the tank
  • N°1 Ratio-motor with epicycloid reducer driven by a 5.5kW electric motor (2.2kW for mod. MP150 – 9.5kW for mod. 375).
  • N°1 Loading skip sliding on guides inclined at 30° as compared to the vertical line. The skip is controlled by means of a winch in stranded steel rope and a ratio-motor with a 1.5 kW self-braking electric motor (0.75kW for mod. MP150 – 2kW for mod. MP375)
  • N°1 Hydraulic gearbox with a power of 0.75kW and a rated operating pressure of 80 bar

All models can also be equipped with:

– Weighing system for cement batching

– Supporting column with gallery and inspection Ladder
